I started painting at around 3 years old, standing next to my mother at her easel. She patiently explained, color, line, texture, balance, and composition. Not only did she inspire me to paint, to use my hands to mold clay, to create something from bits and bobs but she gave me a gift. The gift to see beauty in all things, in all people, and in our world. Yes, believe it or not, it is in every little detail of our every single day. I closed my studio, the Blank Canvas, and opened up Tilted P Design to focus on graphic design sensibilities and away from fine art. Yes, I am still here, exploring, creating and designing.
